With 8+ years of CrossFit training and competition experience in both Olympic weightlifting and Hyrox, Katie is passionate about fitness and performance. Helping others unlock their full potential, both inside and outside the gym, her goal is to create an environment where people can challenge themselves, grow in confidence, and celebrate what their bodies are capable of.
